Brand new to REI, but fired up to get going. Purchased 'Real Estate by the Numbers' this week and intend to read it ASAP. Looking forward to connecting to other folks interested in any strategy, but I'm leaning toward multi-family...I think! Joined PRO yesterday and looking forward to educating myself...or taking a shortcut and learning from others on the path! Step one...post something.
