Hello Pleasure to be a member of Bigger Pockets. Been doing quite a bit of research on Real Estate Investing and BP is clearly the best blog and forum out there. Originally from Virginia Beach I've just relocated to Atlanta from NYC and I'm looking to try my hand in Real Estate Investing.
