hello! My name is Henry Fuentes. I am what I call myself a part time real estate  investor. I have done 5 deals in the past 5 years. I currently own 3 rentals and have 2 flips so far as my investing experience (held the property for a year or 2 before selling to get my renovation cost back) I intend to acquire more properties & do more flips at a faster rate than I’m currently doing. Im eager to learn on how people strategize & create systems to do deals at faster rate so I can implement that to my RE journey.
