Hello,I’m 19 years old living at home with parents and girlfriend me and my girlfriend have completely combined our incomes and at the moment we focus on reading rich dad and other financial books and information,we are very interested and wanting to know if there is a way we can get into our first duplex so we can rent out one side and begin our real estate journey we both love the idea of real estate and want to learn and grow together to invest in our future and hopes to do real estate full time together if anyone has advice for us please reach out to me on email or reply , I’m all ears for advice.

@Paul Alvarado, not the advice you want to hear, but it's the most practical/realistic. Obtain a W2 position and save religiously for the next two years. In your free time, take on side hustles to save even more.

Over the past several months there have been posts/courses regarding acquiring real estate with no and low money down. You can explore this avenue of creative real estate, but it can essentially become a full-time job and the conversion rate is extremely insubstantial. Moreover, as noted above by Caleb, do not buy a property with your girlfriend. At the end of the day, you have the final decision, but you're asking for trouble.

Again, probably not what you wanted to hear but it's the most practical for someone in your position. I hope this provides some guidance!
