New to Investing !

Hello Everyone. My name is Darien and I am new to the real estate world. My goal is to seek financial freedom and spending more time with family. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I've read books like pillars of wealth, The flipping blueprint and the wholesaling blue print from Luke Weber, and currently reading the BRRRR from David Greene. In 2024 I want to put the information I am learning into action and not let fear prevent from getting my foot in the door. Wish everyone a successful 2024.
