Hi everyone, my name is Pauline and I am based out of Los Angeles, CA!  For 2024, my goal is to invest in real estate and to flip my first house in FL, SC or HI.

Hi Pauline.  I see we are both in Los Angeles.  Good to set your goals with the intention to make it happen!  My question for you is:  have you flipped houses before?  Because flipping out of state is more difficult than locally.  Now, having said that, I will say owning rentals have been easier out of state for me than locally (due to the prices and difficulties Calif brings).  I'd be happy to give you my advice, the house flip in those states as a newer investor definitely scares me (for you).
