Hello folks,

I am a newcomer to this forum and real-estate investing as a whole. My primary goal is to create a rental-property portfolio long-term rentals. 

I am a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area (South bay in particular).

I am looking into SFR properties in the South Bay. What neighborhoods should I focus primarily on?
