Hello, I am posting in hopes of making some investment  connections in the Pueblo area.  I just completed my first flip, but had a many problems including my contractor stealing my money, and an electrician and painters who performed terrible work.  I'm now looking to start all over with no money of my own, possibly with a multiunit property.

I learned everyone has an opinion, and I am looking for solid resources  before I start my next project.
