Hello, 

I am happy to have joined this community and look forward to making new connections in the real estate space. My wife Kiersten and I, are new to real estate investing and are learning more and more every day through Bigger Pockets. We currently have one cash flowing rental and are looking at house hacking our personal home this coming year.
