Hello everyone, I am looking for my first deal. I am interested in long term rentals, wholesaling, and flipping, but I don't know where to began. Oh and I don't have much capital. I'm sure there were and are many others in my shoes. I am really interested in finding a mentor but a small group of better-minded individuals would also be great.
