Hello, I am Stacia from St. louis. I have had a previous SFH that we rented & then flipped & sold several years ago. Looking to get more into investing & do that again or obtain a multi-family property. Just started reading through forums & blogs to learn as well as books. I am an NP for my full time job, so nothing close to real estate but looking to expand my knowledge.
