Hello BP, I'm new to the game of REI and I'm excited to be a part of the community and get my feet wet. I'm 25, currently in grad school and the goal is to acquire capital through wholesaling as I finish up, House Hack, and move on to BRRR. I'm in the Philly/Jersey area currently, but considering looking at the VA markets as well considering I know the state. Let's connect!
