Hey everyone! Thanks for letting me be a part of the community!
Hi all,
My name is Stephen Michels and I'm currently residing in Seattle, WA. I plan on relocating back to my hometown (Tallahassee, FL) in July of 2024, where I finally want to get serious about real estate investing. The decreased cost of living will provide opportunities for me to afford to save enough money to slowly start building a portfolio.
My goal between now and then is to learn as much as I can and connect with like-minded individuals. I first started getting interested in real estate investing at 18 (about 21 years ago). Since then I've learned how to actually accomplish my goals, so I'm looking forward to finally getting started!
