Hello everyone! My name is Chris, and after reading the fantastic Ultimate Beginners Guide on this site, I figured now would be a great time to hit the forums.

I'm 26 and fresh out of college, and I have been researching REI for several months now. I currently have no contacts in the biz, but only because I haven't felt comfortable enough with the world of real estate investing to throw myself out there before. Well I've decided all of that is going to change NOW. It's still a toss up for me on which niche of REI I'd like to pursue, but I'm leaning towards flipping mid-low to mid class single family homes.
