Hello fellow BPer's

I am a Buy and hold Real estate investor with a few rental units. I am looking to expand my network and knowledgebase in this community. I operate in the Philadelphia area but I am open to testing new markets.

I'd like to learn more about conventional and unconventional funding strategies, as well as some good real estate software.

Hey Ryan, welcome to BP! I live in the area, West Deptford in South Jersey.

I am just under contract with two SFH that will be my first two buy and hold properties.

I am a software developer and I am curious to know what RE software you are looking for.
