New to the BP pockets community.

Hi guys! My first time posting on BP. 

Looking to connect with people in the greater Phoenix area to get a better understanding of how real estate investing works around here. My husband and I did a few fix and flips in NM but are new to the HOT AZ market:)

I've been looking for a few months and seem to have issues finding deals that are either flips or rentals so any advice would be highly appreciated. I'm open to any and all strategies that work best in this area:
