Short Term Rental Support/Education Group in Traverse City area?

Hello, 

We live in Ann Arbor and have a long term rental by the UM Hospital and just purchased a Short Term Rental in downtown Traverse City. Hoping to find an online support/education group or in person meet-ups in these areas.  Appreciate any recommendations.
