Hello everyone - I'm a new hands-on investor with an army of mentors and lenders supporting me. I'm in Monterey county, California and looking to network with agents, contractors, Title & escrow companies, attorneys, etc. I've had a few rentals, but am now ready (after retiring from a 27-yr career in the Marine Corps and most recently as an organic farmer in mid-coast Maine) to get knee-deep into wholesales and rehabs.
