Monterey County, California - wholesale and fix n'flip

Hello everyone - I'm a new hands-on investor with an army of mentors and lenders supporting me. I'm in Monterey county, California and looking to network with agents, contractors, Title & escrow companies, attorneys, etc. I've had a few rentals, but am now ready (after retiring from a 27-yr career in the Marine Corps and most recently as an organic farmer in mid-coast Maine) to get knee-deep into wholesales and rehabs. If you have off-market listings and properties that other people think aren't worth fixing up, let's talk! Believe me, nothing much scares me and I'm not squeamish (refer to Marine Corps and farming career above :-)) I can get rid of those eye-sores in our communities, and help homeowners in the process. Who's with me? Cheers, Anne
