Greetings from Canada!
Hello fellow real estate fans,
After over a decade of thinking about it, and constantly wishing I had pulled the trigger earlier, I'm probably closer than ever to finally taking the leap into investment property ownership.
That said, I'm in Ottawa, Canada where prices are still steep and cash-flow isn't obvious. I'm also still weighed down by reasons why it's perhaps not the right time (e.g. two toddlers, little free time, etc.)... but somehow I'm still excited and hopeful.
Happy to soak-in some insight and wisdom from you all.
