Hello all,

My name is Igor and I'm from New York. I own a few rental properties in the NY area and have some renovation experience from personal projects on my homes. The investments I've made this far have been opportunistic, but I'm looking to get involved in RE investing in a more deliberate manner. Considering the economic slow-down and high interest rates, I'm looking to pay in cash. Depending on the location and the quality of the deal, I'm mainly interested in single or multi-family homes for BRRRR. I'm open to any interesting opportunities and look forward to learning as much as possible from all the wonderful people here.
