Hi, My name is Tyler Shantz and I currently live in Miami, Florida but will be relocating to Denver, Colorado in a few months. I am 23 years old and am a recent graduate of Florida international university. I have no experience in real estate and am hoping that this website can lead to a wealth of knowledge, contacts, and hopefully a few great mentors! I am an extremely hard worker and learn very quickly I would like to begin my business by buying and renting out 2-10 multifamily units.
