Hello - I've actually been listening the podcasts for about a month (about 15 of them, at least), but new to the forum.

I'm in Denver, CO. I currently hold a full-time corporate job and manage a rental condo and 4-plex with my brothers.

My goal is to buy-and-hold 4-plexs or small apts, but I'm also very interested in flipping single-family homes to help accelerate the cash reserves. My very early plan is to purchase from wholesalers (all cash), fix and sell. Lots to learn, but I did just get the BP flipping book.

I look forward to learning on BP and hopefully networking/interacting with investors in Denver.

Thanks!
