House Flipper to Aspiring Syndicator!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I go by Zee (Zunair) and frequent these forums often but never introduced myself. Started a Streaming Video Technology Company with two of my college friends 7 years ago and raised double-digit millions and grew the team to 13! Also am a partner in a Winery up in Cleveland, GA. 

Started flipping homes earlier this year along with PMing a 72 unit townhome development, and fell in love with Real Estate (first flip was a flop but I learned from it!). 

Learned about syndicating MFH deals earlier this year and went down a rabbit hole. Currently building out my team and will hopefully have an LOI on a property next week.
