For the past six months, I've dedicated my focus to wholesaling 101, 202 and 303 to learn the basics, best practices, and how to succeed in this vertical of real estate. I have a background in arbitrage, long term rentals, and a well-versed understanding on fix and flips. All roads led me to dedicating myself to wholesaling as it's the vertical I enjoy the most in this industry of real estate I've grown to love.   

My current focus is on building a strong network within the real estate community and exploring joint venture opportunities. I am passionate about establishing win-win partnerships that create collaboration beyond singular deals.
