I'm thrilled to be a part of this dynamic community of real estate enthusiasts and professionals. My name is Alec and I'm eager to connect with fellow investors, contractors, agents, and anyone passionate about real estate.

A Little About Me: I'm a 27-year-old dad based in Silverton, OR (30 minutes East of Salem), and I'm motivated to give my son and wife the best possible life. With family as my driving force, I'm determined to make wise investments and take massive action in the real estate world. I have a background in computer science and holistic health, but I’ve always been exposed to Real Estate through my family. I’m finishing up my first solo venture which is a fix n’ flip in Salem. I'm hoping to explore new opportunities and build lasting connections.

My Goals: My primary goal here is to network, learn, and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share a passion for real estate. Whether you're a seasoned investor, a skilled contractor, or a knowledgeable real estate agent, I believe we can achieve great things by working together. Other than that, my goals are to build a self-sustaining wholesale machine, grow a rental portfolio, and do som more fix n’ flips!

How I Can Contribute: I'm always open to learning and sharing knowledge. I believe in the power of a strong network and am dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals.
