New member, new to RE, based in NJ!
Hello everyone,
Happy to have found Bigger Pockets via podcast on my new Real Estate Investing journey. Currently based in Northern NJ, looking to invest in Mortgage Notes with my husband. We have been stuck in the analysis paralysis phase of our journey and am really excited to connect with you all here. We started following a bunch of Wholesaling gurus on YouTube and other platforms, learned Creative Financing strategies, read a ton of books but have finally narrowed down on our first niche...
