New Investor and eager pupil in the Cincinnati, OH area!

Hello and g’day!

My name is Spencer Sweitzer and I am a new member of the BP Community! I have recently relocated to the Cincinnati, OH area and am looking to start my investing career.

One of my constant mantras is, “success leaves clues.” That is why I want to be a part of this community. I want to learn, network, and find opportunities from/with the people who know.

To that end, I am looking for a real estate friend and adviser. If you are in the Cincinnati area and have a desire to share your knowledge and experience with an eager, enthusiastic, up and coming investor, I would love to speak with you! My primary desire is to invest in multifamily properties for buy and hold, maybe a little wholesaling here and there.

A little more about me, I am an IT and Data Center Consultant with Schneider Electric. I graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI in 2012 and moved to Cincinnati for my wife to attend a graduate program at Xavier University. I am also an avid golfer, soccer enthusiast, and active member of Crossroads Oakley.
