New to multifamily larger investments, but have been doing smaller single-family up to quads for about 15 years. All are now in the Wisconsin area but I also had properties in CA, TX, LA, and FL.

I am looking to get in on both the LP and GP side of larger complexes and am eager to make contacts in the industry. I am open to working with big and small syndication teams in any part of the country.
I have also attended the Multifamily Mindset 3-Day workshop, but not planning on their mentorship program.

Big fan of the Multifamily University educational content, THANK YOU @Neal Bawa!

@Eric Weiss Welcome to the forum!

There are plenty of syndicators here on BP that would be happy to connect and share the nuances of their specific markets.

In regards to insurance, the 1-4 unit market can be completely different form the 5+ market.  Every year new players enter the market and old ones exit.  It's a very fluid market.
