Hello Everyone! Excited to be here. I'm in Northern New Jersey Close to PA (Poconos).

I would love to get started in my area and PA or possibly North and South Carolina eventually. (Thoughts) 

I'm looking forward to learning. I just finished reading "The Compound Effect" and this is the first small step of many to act on something I have always wanted to do. I have always sat back and said it was not the right time, and now I'm saying, right time or not I need to step out and begin to learn.

How I got interested in real estate..... I have a couple of friends and family who have invested in property and I have seen that they are doing well. I also know this is a great way to build wealth just have been too afraid to get started
