Looking to Network in the Cleveland, Oh area

Hello All, 

I am located in the Cleveland, OH area and have become interested in investing in real estate. I am looking to buy and hold single family or small multifamily properties. I plan to buy my first property this year. I initially got interested in real estate from listening to podcasts and wanting to create financial freedom. I have many aspirations outside of my j.o.b and strive for success. I am open ears to hear what advice everyone can provide. Right now I am in the process of looking into real estate agents and wondering if I should have a process in place for a property manager, contractor, ect.

Hi Christina, I just joined this site today. I've been a full time investor in Cleveland for over 30 years. Quit my office job and been a landlord ever since. Used to do rehabs and was a mortgage loan officer for 7 years part time.  I also know the court and eviction process all too well.  If you ever have any questions just ask. Im totally hands on and did all aspects of renting my houses so don't really know a good property manager. But I do know west side of Cleveland well and where to buy and not to buy. Good luck and always exciting buying a rental property and then another and another !!
