Looking to Educate myself In CR.

I recently developed an interest in CR, and am currently trying to educate myself to determine if its really for me. Many things appeal to me about this industry, especially the thought of making the time I work count. So Im in the beginning stages of making my pros AND cons list, while getting my financial ducks in a row.
