New member seeking to connect and get Property Manager info in the Austin TX area

Jose Aponte
Posted

Hello all,

My name is Jose and I am just starting into my real estate investment journey. I have always wanted to get into real estate I just thought I would never be able to, but I am finally jumping in and I am really excited for it. I am very new on investing in general and just started reading The book on Rental Property and How to Invest in Real Estate by Brandon Turner and it has given me a lot to look.

I am deciding to move out of my current house and instead of selling it I want to become a landlord and keep it and rent it to have passive income coming from it instead of just selling it and moving to a new one.

Since I am so new I am looking into getting my team going and I want to start with a good Property Manager that knows the South Austin area to work with my rental home (and the new ones to hopefully come soon). Is there anyone that could recommend me a good one? Also, what other information should I be looking into researching or working towards?

Thanks all, I am very excited to be here and connect with other fellow investors.

- Jose
