Greetings to everyone! I am so glad to have been referred to this site. I attended my first REI meeting last week, just to see how it felt and was blown away with how happy, helpful, present, focused everyone was! I'm now figuring out if what I thought I want to do is a good place to start: co-wholesaling....all about partnering & being a matchmaker. Glad to see there are others here from the Boulder/Lafayette area. I'll be paying attention about how to get started with lots of time & no $$.
