New investor looking to grow
Hello everyone,
I am a new investor that kinda stumbled into rental property investing. I bought my first home and was able to keep it when I bought my second home. I've started listening to Brandon Turner's book, The Book on Rental Property Investing, and want to take action on the ideas presented. Just looking for the "how" when it comes to leveraging my first property to begin building my portfolio. Where does one begin?
