Hi there!  My name is Michelle and I am a relative "newbie" as I have been actively looking and have made multiple bids but nothing yet.  Primarily looking for multifamilies for side income but ideally income to replace retirement income.

Especially looking for funding sources/guidance, do's/don'ts, etc.


Looking at a rather interesting deal i could use some help with....
