Gaining Confidence to Act

Aloha. My name is Susan (Sue) Lincoln. I am from Maui, but work on Oahu. I am new to REI, but I have done a couple PML's. I am currently getting ready to renovate/rehab a multi-family home in Paia to put into the rental market. I am excited and hope that any challenges we meet will be overcome in short order. Looking forward to gaining knowledge, networking, and expanding my portfolio.

Aloha, Susan. I live in Pa'ia myself. As far as your rental project, you might ask Meo for tenants displaced by the recent fire. My contact there says there's a wait list of 200 folks still looking for housing. Congrats to you on moving forward on your project!
