My name is John and I'm currently based in the Richmond VA metro area. I finally decided to get serious about REI and looking to connect with and learning from folks in this BP community.

I have a rental in Texas but I'm interested in investing in the RVA metro where I currently live and would love to do my first deal by the end of this year.

Would like know if there are there any local meetups for investors in the Richmond metro area.
