New to REI

Hello Folks,

I am new to the REI world (relatively) and the BP community. I have made passive investments in multifamily through syndication in the past. I am interested in Fix & Flip and BRRRR strategies. I have been following the local San Diego market and trying to learn as much as possible about them. I believe it is very important to have a team to succeed. I would love to connect with agents, wholesalers, investors, and fellow group members, and learn from the community and contribute to it.
