Hi everyone, my name is Christian and I’m really glad to have stumbled across this site. From what I’ve seen and read so far this seems like the best place for a newbie like myself to meet some great people, acquire real estate knowledge and get advice from seasoned investors.

Like the title suggests I’m originally from Marietta, Ga but have lived in NYC for over 3 years now. I haven’t purchased any property yet but would like my first investment to be close to my roots in Metro Atlanta. The goal is to purchase my first single family home by the end of the year. I want to hold and rent the property with the help of a good property manager while I remain in NYC.

I eventually [5 - 10 yrs] would like to invest full time and build up a sizable portfolio [$50M+] with the cash flow to allow me to live a very comfortable lifestyle. I’m currently 25 yrs old and have little experience so these goals will likely evolve but I’m very motivated and focused so have no doubt that I’ll eventually reach whatever goals I set. In the mean time I’m putting bread, actually more like takeout, on the table as a site analyst for an online clothing retailer.

I’m looking forward to being an active member of this community and hopefully making some meaningful business and personal connections. If any members are in the NYC area and would like to chat please feel free to reach out. I also am an alumni of The University of Michigan so if there are any Wolverines out there let me know, Go Blue!
