Hello
Hello BP family from newbie in Nashville.
Just a small intro with humble beginning. Been in the rat race way to long, excited about getting out. We've got some financial stuff to get in order before getting the ball rolling. I think we will be in good shape after taking care it. We will be debt free including our little 3 bed 1 bath. My thinking is we want to free up as much cash as possible to eliminate any unwanted stress. Should be very doable. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty got a background in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical. Thanks everyone for all the great insight & encouragement.
