Hi! I'm Ian, an active-duty US Marine stationed in CA.

I'm committed to learn and start my journey in real estate investing. My locations of interest are Florida, California, and Puerto Rico. Currently, I'm gathering all the information and knowledge to set a focus on my investment strategies, my favorites being:
