Hello everyone! My name is Cory and I live in the Casa Grande AZ area. "It's an hour south of Downtown Phoenix." Myself and a friend of mine are interested in Rehabbing and wholesaling homes just to get started in REI. We would first like get advice on how to find good deals on single family homes and how to find buyers. I keep seeing that there is vast information on this site and sure to get excited and overwhelmed at the same time. I am pleased that this site is here and ready to get started.
