Newbie to BiggerPockets and real estate investing

Hello, I am new to real estate investing world!! I would like to explore how to invest in the state of Florida and would also consider learning about out of state investing as well. 

My goal is to be able to create wealth through owning real estate and I plan to buy my first house hack within a year. I have been sitting on the sidelines with analysis paralysis for quite sometime and getting overloaded with information online but looking to break free from that and finally get on track.
