Hey all I'm Jerry from south TX. Interested in becoming a real estate agent and start a carrear in this business ever since I met the agent that sold my father thier new home. I own a small home prob. worth around 50K and should be moving to a bigger one within 6 or 7 months. Now I am going to start taking RE classes at the local uni-Taco Tech and I am just lokking for some pointers or guidlines that I should be looking out for. I appreciate any responses and am really looking foward to spending time on this site.
