Hi everyone,

I signed up and promptly never posted in the forum. I am here in Norfolk/Hampton Roads area, investing in buy and hold properties. I have been listening to the podcasts, mostly the ones about rentals. I have been investing for about 5 years, sometimes better than others.

I am amazed at the depth of knowledge here. Be careful, being on here can be addictive. Look at all the posts of @Bill Gulley , and his are not the one liners some post, hehe he has small books.
