Hello everyone. My name is Steve Sullivan and I'm from Philadelphia. I'm new to the forums and haven't really started poking around yet, just wanted to get my introduction out there.

I am a Realtor licensed in PA and bought my first property 2 years ago, a duplex in which I live in half rent out the other. It has been a great investment thus far, with my tenants paying a large portion of the mortgage. I am on the forums to educate myself not only as an investor but as an agent. I pride myself on offering the best customer service and knowledge to my clients and I feel as if this could be a great resource for me to learn more about the investing side.

My business model is to accumulate multi-family residences in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties and manage them myself until I find that hiring a property manager as leverage is my best bet. If anyone on here is from the Philly area and would want to meet up I'm very open to talking things over a coffee or lunch or a beer, and would love some insight on what you've learned in your experiences. I look forward to getting to know some of you and learning!
