Hey everyone! Im a Realtor & aspiring investor in Midland,Tx. I’ve been learning so much from watching BP and many other investing channels on youtube and the forums for awhile now and I’m hoping to find a way to acquire my first rental or flip soon.

 If anyone local would be willing to let me shadow them in their process of doing a flip or getting properties ready for renting I would be more than happy to help out in any way that I can.
