Hello All, 

I am new to residential real estate and was told to check out the forum on the site. I am local to Raleigh, NC where I own and operate Spa/Salon Suites that I sublease. I am transitioning into real estate and hope to meet prospective mentors and/or investors in my city/state. I am interesting in operating as a developer as well as purchasing using BRRRR method. Any and all feedback is welcome.
