Hi everyone, I recently moved to Southeastern WI for work and am interested in purchasing a home to renovate and live in. I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets and have been reading J. Scott's books and thought I'd say hello. I work in East Troy and am interested in investing within 30 miles of the East Troy area and was wondering if there was anyone on here that could give me some tips on the area?
