New to Real Estate Investing and looking for some wisdom and guidance!

Good afternoon, my name is Jared Barrows. I am 27 years old and am from Easton, Pennsylvania. I am a two time cancer survivor, and in that time I discovered wanting to invest in real estate to, one, be able to leave my 9 to 5 and be able to have true freedom in my life, and two, I want to be able to build generational wealth both for my current family and my future family to come and generations after. I am most interested in buy and holds to have more long term finance coming in, but I have more recently looked into wholesaling as well as a way to build more immediate finances, especially for running a business. My biggest struggle with the real estate is that I have never done a deal, so I do not know all that it will take with the paperwork and what goes into closing costs, etc. I have looked into financing, but am struggling on the best route to take in that aspect. Lastly I have been wrestling on whether or not to have an LLC to start, especially for best tax advantages. I appreciate any guidance that might be shown!
